The perpetrator can, after paying fines and serving jail time, can collect their vehicle from the Impound.

For Example:

  • 2 x Murder = 90 mins,
  • Failure to stop = 10 Mins,
  • Speeding = $100 fine,
  • 2 x Off Roading = $ 600 fine.

Total time to serve is 100 mins in jail and $700 fine. Depending on the plea, will depend on the addition or removal of some time.

Failure to pay fine / Refusal to pay fine.

If u fail/refuse to pay a fine you will get 5 min jail time straight away and 1 min for every $100 CLD.
So for example:

  • $100 fine = 6 mins (breakdown is 5 Mins then 1 min x $100)
  • $500 fine = 10 mins (breakdown is 5 mins then 1 min x $500)
  • $1500 fine = 20 mins (breakdown is 5 mins then 1 min x $1500)

Revoking of your licence

If you go past your third offence on the fourth time Then the officer will remove that Said licence. So, for example, this may include:

  • 1st A Warning from the Officer.
  • 2nd $500 fine for running a red light.
  • 3th $500 fine for running a red light.
  • 4th $500 fine and this is when the Revoking of your licence takes place and your Vehicle Impounded. And your driving offence is reset back to first Warning.

Speeding:

If it is your 3rd time speeding or your going 100 km/h over the limit your license will be taken and your vehicle will be impounded.

Impounded vehicle:

If your vehicle is impounded by the police you have to pay a fine. The fines will consist between $2,000 and $5,000.

Flying within city limits:

You must remain above 100 meters at all time while flying within City limits. No landing at car storage or gas stations. (Exempt: Senator's house (senator only))

  • 1st time: $ 5,000 fine.
  • 2nd time: $10,000 fine.
  • 3rd time: $25,000 fine and loss of pilot license and impound of your helicopter or other aircraft.

No Fly Zone over cop base:

The police base is a no-fly zone for anyone but cops. Which means no flying over, no landing at the helipads and no hovering over the cops base.

  • 1st time: $ 5,000 fine.
  • 2nd time: $10,000 fine.
  • 3rd time: $25,000 fine and loss of pilot license and impound of your helicopter or other aircraft.

No Fly Zone over EMT base:

  • 1st time: $ 5,000 fine.
  • 2nd time: $10,000 fine.
  • 3rd time: $25,000 fine and loss of pilot license and impound of your helicopter or other aircraft.

(You may ask for permission from an online EMT to land/refuel as long as there's an EMT online to ask. You cannot land there without permission or without an EMT online.)

CLPD restricted zone:

Any civilian found within CLPD zones will now have to serve 20 minutes of jail time and a $5,000 fine on top of any other charges associated with their violations of the restricted zones. Lethal force is authorized if the suspect cannot be arrested by less than lethal methods, or in the case of civilians within jail zones. Meaning, if a helicopter lands within the jail, you are authorized to use lethal force if you cannot resolve the situation with less than lethal methods due to you being at extreme risk.

Restricted zones:

Inside of the entire Main PD (outside the gates are fine).Inside any substation area (outside of the gated and walled in areas are fine, including the outside parking lot).Inside of Max Pen (outside walled/gated areas is fine).
Inside of the jail (outside of the jail is okay as long as it doesn't obstruct the CLPD).Inside the bank. (the foyer/lobby area of the bank is ok for public use)
